Need restoration

The front desk personnel is very kind and helpful. However the hotel is out of the downtown area and the neighborhood does not seem to be very safe. The building is old (Room wall's coating style is from the 80's) and needs work urgently, in any other place it would not even cost half of the money they are charging per night. Be aware that they will go inside your room and turn off the AC even if you leave for a few minutes from the hotel facilities.

Nos gustó la ubicación. Y por fuera se ve bonito. Así mismo la seguridad de la zona es buena, con el acceso controlado en estacionamiento Como área de oportunidad es que hay muchas cosas que tienes que pedir en recepción: papel, plancha, secadora, etc. Así mismo, los baños son antiguos que requieren remodelar, la atención de la persona que atendía en turno de día/tarde era malo. Mala insonorización. No te permiten entrar ni tantito antes del checklist in, para que lo consideren. Por el precio entiendo que no está tan caro comparado con la competencia, pero esperaría como quiera que por lo pagado esas cosas mejoraran.

Todo muy bien, el lugar esta en buenas condiciones solo en una ocasión hubo un detalle con el agua que no salía, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. El desagüe de la regadera fallaba por que al bañarse el agua no se iba con facilidad. Pero en general un buen alojamiento.

La ubicación es céntrica, cuenta con estacionamiento seguro, hay unos jardines muy bonitos, muy bien cuidados, personal muy amable, lo que necesitan mejorar es que en la habitación solo había 1 botella de agua y es habitación doble, el clima crujía cada cierto tiempo lo cual impidió que durmiéramos, prácticamente no dormimos casi toda la noche por este ruido y pues por el calor teníamos que prenderlo, pienso que es solo cuestión de mantenimiento, pero en general el hotel es pintoresco y seguir

Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy agradable, la cama excelente, el jardín muy bonito, fuimos una noche para descansar y cumple su función, su arquitectura es bonita sin ser lujosa, de hecho es sencilla
