"The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk was helpful. I was surprised there was not an area to buy things, water, snacks and Tylenol. Especially being so far up on the mountain the front desk told us we would have to drive 15 minutes into town for headache medicine because everything was closed after 9. They did have coffee in the lobby, but finding breakfast up there was also a struggle. Would definitely stay again, but things to know."

"I was there only 2 nights! Both mornings for breakfast were lacking! Nothing hot (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes) available. I was told they would be ready in a few minutes. That few minutes turned into 15 minutes. So we just left. On the morning of check out, I just wanted some ice to fill my container before hitting the road and it was empty."

"The hotel was recently renovated and has all new furnishings. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are a good size, clean and very comfortable. There is a nice outdoor pool, hot tub and a fitness center with all new, well-maintained equipment. The onsite Mexican restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay."

"Room was nice and clean. The staff was very professional and good customer service. Doors in the breakfast room were pretty dirty as was the outside area. The entry door I came in didn’t lock and was really dirty. Thankfully rooms were good."

"Nice facility, staff is great but the elevator is in serious need of maintenance; at the third floor when starting to go down it is binding up making a terribly unsettling loud noise and you can feel the grinding metal vibration. No elevator inspection certificate posted or mentioned."
