「Per quanto l’arredamento sia della camera che degli spazi comuni sia gradevole e di buon gusto, nonostante la chicca della vasca idromassaggio in camera: - la posizione é pessima, lontano dal centro e in una zona molto popolosa caratterizzata dall’assenza di parcheggi; - non c’è nessuno ad accogliere i clienti in struttura, c’è un sistema automatico di accoglienza mediante una scatolina con codice sotto ai campanelli del palazzo, della quale sono stata informata mediante un messaggio su Whatsapp...

「The first impression was different from what we were expecting. The building is situated in a small street and there is not parking around. The front desk people were really nice. Nevena was one of the people that helped us the most while we were trying to navigate the area. The hotel is in a residential area closed to the University and Il Giulia Mall. You can walk to several restaurants and the Mall has a grocery store. The only issue was people hanging out outside of the Mall or hotel begging...

「Close to the Train Centrale; a 10 min leisure walk. The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward. Left luggage by receptionist was very helpful. All was wonderful. A 10 AM checkout was a bit early but I managed. 」
