Not the best start - had to call and the owner did’nt seem to know who we were or which booking site we had used - he tried to guess… eventually he gave us the best room at the top which had a very big terrace and a fabulous sea view - at night you could see the lights of Naxos and a great starry sky. Not quire where it was supposed to be on the location map but very walkiable and the roads are all lit. Lovely garden.

Bien situé mais prestation décevante

+ logement très bien situé et la maison agréable. + logement propre - Cuisinette très spartiate, pas vraiment possible d'y cuisiner. - Manque d'équipement de base (étendoir pour faire sécher les maillots de bain, un meuble de rangement pour y vider bosse valises, un parasol sur la terrasse...) - - Nous avons été accueillis assez froidement et au moment de partir, on a essayé de nous extorquer 150€ supplémentaires alors qu'il n'en avait jamais été question.

We got off to a bad start - there was nobody there when we arrived (it was early October). I found the owner's number and rang him, but he didn't seem to know about our booking. He asked what the rate was ihat Expedia had quoted. He then said he would send his father to sort it out. Father arrived (couldn't speak any English). Fortunately my Greek is enough to get by. He showed us a room that was dingy and drab then told us on the phone that we could have a sea view room for an extra 10 euros a night - we saw it and took it. The next day the owner's mother arrived and everything changed - she was marvellous! From a disappointing start to a great level of service. Recommended, but make sure you now what you are getting!

Endroit très calme, excentré. Petite plage à côté mais superbe plage de Molos à 10 min en voiture. Le jardin est joli. Le studio est un peu vieillot, l équipement de la cuisine rudimentaire. La salle de bain a été rénovée mais la douche est très petite. Nous n avons pas vu le propriétaire mais la dame de ménage nous a accueillis et a répondu gentiment à nos demandes. Agréable séjour.

Ottima posizione e personale gentilissimo

Ottima posizione a 5 min (veri) dal paese, posizione tranquillissima con una bellissima vista sul mare e a 100 metri da una spiaggetta quasi privata. il proprietario è gentilissimo e si fa in quattro per aiutarti in ogni necessità, dal procurarti uno scooter anche quando in paese non se ne trovava uno libero, ad accompagnarti al porto quando devi partire. Al mattino passavano da tutti a portare il caffè e i fichi appena svegli. Le camere sono pulite con condizionatore, frigo, fornello, lavandino, piatti, pentole e quant'altro per essere autosufficienti qualora si volesse mangiare in loco. Tutti i giorni passano a pulire, rifare i letti, cambiare gli asciugamani, cosa che negli studios non sempre capita.

Très agréable

Charmant petit collectif de studios situé sur une localité typique de Paros: Piso Livadi. A quelques minutes à pied du centre du village et de deux criques où l'on peut se baigner et se reposer c'est un endroit idéal pour profiter des joies de la baignade. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le lieu est agréablement fleuri. Les chambres sont simples mais très propres et possèdent une petite terrasse et une climatisation efficace. Vlassis le propriétaire des lieux est tout dévoué, vous conseillera et vous transportera le jour d'arrivée et de départ. N'hésitez pas à y faire un séjour.
