「Impossible de récupérer la chambre via la borne car aucun des numeros fournis *par Ebookers* ne fonctionnent à la borne. Plusieurs appels à la borne pour finalement faire venir quelqu'un de l hôtel. Qui confirme que les nos Ebookers ne fonctionnent pas. Bref 20 minutes à 23h30 pour arriver dans la chambre. Chambre propre avec cabine de douche et wc privatifs. Un peu exigue, suffisant pour 1 nuit (1 personne)」

「Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds. We missed not having a small fridge in the room and a little more shelf space on the bathroom. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. 」

「La climatisation très efficace!! Le personnel est courtois, j’ai adoré mon séjour et je n’avais pas eu à partir, j’y serais resté bien plus longtemps!! Petit Déjeuner, Bar où on peut prendre une consommation jusqu’à minuit, terrasse à l’extérieur, un hôtel parfait!!」

「This is a wonderfully restored convent in the center of Arbois right across of the beautiful city hall. From the welcome and care you receive at the front desk to the comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast you feel right at home. The air conditioning and elevator were a very big benefit too.」

「Absolutely beautiful! Only stayed for one night but we will definitely return in the future. Pesmes was a cute little town, very picturesque. Owner met us in the yard when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. Very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.」

「Air conditioning was extremely weak and the room was too warm throughout the whole stay - should not have been advertised as having air conditioning. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is that the member of staff on reception did their best to try and help and find a solution and therefore I made it 2 stars.」
