"The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . "Everything inside the property was excellent. Although parts of the the facility are currently under renovation, there was no inconvenience to guests. The staff were very friendly and professional and even helped us with a taxi driver who over charged our group.
