"There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him."

"It was not a 10. Min walk from downtown. The elevador smelled like cigarrette even in no smoking area. They were not high chairs at the restaurant. Towells were staint and the room needed to be vacum. Not a place to go with a baby."

"I've stayed in sever CI&Suites, and all have been a good experience. This one is the exception. Our problem was the heating and air system. It was impossible to get the temperature settings where we wanted them. The thermostat was somewhat broken. Move the switch often did not cause a change in the output of chilled air even if put on heat. Our friends faired worse. They checked in to dirty rooms. When moved, the second room AC did not work. "The room was just remodeled so that was ok. The amenities are what upset me. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Its like it was made in the microwave. The pool has way too much chlorine which made my eyes burn after 10 minutes of being in the room. The dining area chairs were all ripped. The biggest issue is its located in the back of a liquor store which seems to be thw hangout spot for alot of people."
