Appena metti piede fuori dalla struttura ci sono praticamente tutti i servizi, negozi, bar, ristoranti e negozi per fare shopping. Camera e pulizia della camera impeccabili. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Unico appunto, ma dipende da gusti personali, il fatto che c' è rumore fino a notte dato che sotto l'hotel c'è il passeggio dei turisti.」

「Hotel was 1st class. A real little gem. Everywhere in the hotel was extremely clean. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner were a delight,good was fresh and plentiful, replenished every when items got low. Bucks fizz for breakfast and the coffee was so good Staff in dinning room were so helpful and attentive and kept the restaurant in tip top. 「There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again...
