「The problem that are room lock didn't work since check in. So my wife had to stay behind for dinner the first day. They said they will fix it early and nothing. We had to take all of our belongings to a friend's house they finally fixed it Saturday evening. So」

「Parking was relatively easy. My only complaint is that my husband and I did not arrive till after 1 o’clock in the morning there was maybe a total of 10 other cars on the lot, so a lot of empty space as it was a Wednesday night. At check-in, we requested a late check out as we were checking in so late. All they were willing to give us was till 11:30 AM. For better customer service reasons on a Wednesday night, it would have been a much nicer gesture to have at least said noon and certainly...
