「This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There was garbage in the floor along with toenail clippings. Greasy fingerprints were all over and covered the mini fridge. The sheets had hair all over and were very stained. Same for the bathroom. You could tell it hasn't been throughly cleaned in years.」

「The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...
