「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.」

「Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen.」

Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden. Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden.」

「Karpacz 3 Maja 66 to miejsce tragiczne pod każdym względem. Takiego syfu i smrodu dawno nie widziałem. Paskudna śmierdząca klatka schodowa, rozbite szyby w drzwiach, przegnite wykładziny. W "apartamencie" prawie wszystko nie działa. Przepalone żarówki, niesprawna kuchenka, brudne łóżka. Pościel nieprzygotowana, samemu musieliśmy ją powlekać w poszewki. Za miejce do spania służy wąska sofa oraz dwa ciasne fotele szerokości 1 metra. Na cały apartament nie ma ani jednego łóżka. Parking cały w...
