"The pictures in my opinion on the booking sites are nothing like what we were given. The room was dirty - cleaners only empty bins and wash out drinking cups with water, there is no deep clean even when we requested this twice - bedding was not changed. The food was really nice Staff are polite but it’s ashame the guests aren’t - no please and thank yous and they seem to walk into you! "

They were undersized (providing minimal coverage) and had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Appliances: The in-room refrigerator was broken. Despite reporting this to staff, who promised to contact maintenance, the issue was never addressed. After 48 hours without a follow-up, we stopped requesting assistance. Facilities & Service Staff: The team was generally friendly, though the lack of follow-through on maintenance requests suggests a breakdown in internal communication. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent and stood out as a highlight of the stay. Pool & Parking: While the pool was open, it was unheated.
