「The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!」

「The property was in a great quiet area, however it is very ran down to be a Hampton property. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. It looked likes the original fridge in the room no longer worked so they did replay it but with a bigger version that no longer fit in the designated cabinet so they place it against the wall which was cool, but they didn’t bother to clean the cabinet were the old one was.. you could tell they didn’t even care to clean the elevators, walls, carpet...

「Tropical Storm Arthur passed through the area on the day of my arrival. Cancelled due to flood warnings. Concerned about driving with 10-20 inches rain predicted. Hotel would not work with me on a credit for a future stay or a partial refund.」

「Room was spacious and very clean. Nice quiet location and within easy driving distance to all kinds of restaurants and amenities. Breakfast area was very well maintained and had the usual nice breakfast foods of any hotel. No complaints. LOVED having the kitchen in my room as I did prepare my own meal.」

「This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV.」

「Someone else always using the grill area. Night worker was friendly but overpriced for lack of amenities. AC also had issues. And cleaning staff seemed put out that I left a day early (which I was still charged the full stay) because they had to really clean the room and not just change towels and trash. Also parking lot is atrocious.」

「The staff was very helpful, the room was clean with very comfortable beds, the only thing I could say that needs improvement was breakfast, it wasn't kept stalked very well , not because of the worker but because she was over worked having to do a lot of other things at the same time.」

「The room is clean and comfortable. It is also very quiet. It is a short drive to find some place to eat or go to the mall. Really loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub next to it. However, it seems that a group of people rented some rooms for the weekend so they could use the pool for a pool party. The pool was overcrowded and we could not use it Saturday. It's also had more noise that Friday night.」
