Super séjour au Sweet Hotel

Excellent séjour passé dans cet hôtel. La situation est parfaite et le personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel est quant à lui très propre et dispose d'un ascenseur.

Prima locatie dicht bij metro. Parkeerplaats goed geregeld. Trap bekleding is echt aan vervanging toe. Wel gehorig. Deuren van kamers klappen hard dicht

Chambre petite mais propre, la literie est confortable, les draps propres. La salle de bain /WC est minuscule mais, là aussi, propre et fonctionnelle. Je n'ai pas testé l'état de marche de la TV. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul point "noir" reste les couloirs et l'escalier dont la moquette laisse plus qu'à désirer. Gros avantage de l'hôtel, il est situé dans une rue calme, et est proche du métro.

Es ist uns bewusst dass franzosen kleine Einrichtungen haben, aber da wir familiemzimmer gebucht haben, erwartet man zumindest ein Doppelzimmer! Wir haben ein drei monatiges baby, dies wurde bereits bei der Buchung erwähnt. Deshalb könnte man zumindest ein beistellbett bekommen! Wir mussten in der ganzen nacht darauf achten, dass unser Baby zwischen uns nicht eingeengt wird!!!!! Dazu kam dass toilette und dusche in dem winzigen zimmer mit einer oben offenen wand getrennt war. Es hat sehr stark nach kanalisation gerochen, obwohl wir die fenster permanent offen lassen mussten. Ich würde dieses hotel als Familie weder noch einmal buchen noch weiter empfehlen.

Avec toutes mes recommandations

Personnel accueillant et compréhensif (tuyau de douche qui fuit donc changement de chambre). Très bon rapport qualité prix intra-muros. Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle. Seul problème la lourdeur de la porte qui claque fort et donc bruyante surtout la nuit. Ah et cette moquette dans les escaliers à changée d'urgence 😂.

Accommodatie komt niet overeen met foto's. Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Hele hotel zit onder nare vlekken op tapijt. Kamer is extreem klein, sanitaire voorzieningen zijn letterlijk 3 stappen ván je bed verwijderd. Bed en sanitaire voorzieningen zijn gescheiden door een miezerige schuifdeur . Kortom sweet hotel is geen drie sterren hotel maar een 0,5 ster hotel.

I was upset that you have to take stairs to get to the elevator. When advertising a lift/elevator the stairs should also be mentioned. Outside of the stairs everything was fine.

La chambre était petite, mais bien conçue, propre et agréable. Il y avait un ventilateur - très appréciable. Néanmoins, je suis partie insatisfaite, car le wi-fi n'a jamais marché, et ce malgré mes demandes répétées (personnel différent à chaque fois, problème jamais réglé). D'autre part, ils ont tout simplement oublié de faire ma chambre, je suis donc rentrée à l'hôtel pour trouver ma chambre telle que je l'avais laissée le matin, et bien entendu, je l'ai signalé, mais personne n'a pu rien faire (il était 19h). Le personnel m'a dit que tout cela serait signalé à la responsable, et qu'elle me contacterait...à ce jour (5 jours après) je n'ai pas été contactée - cela me donne donc l'impression que l'on en a que faire de ses clients... Peut-être que le personnel n'a pas informé la responsable ? je ne sais... mais c'est dommage, car ce petit hôtel est sympa, mais je ne suis pas du tout motivée pour y retourner, et encore moins pour le recommander...

I was nervous booking a small 3 star hotel in Paris due to poor previous experiences. Sweet Hotel was a lovely and reassuring surprise. That is to say, what I could expect from a 3 star hotel in the city was there: relatively easy to get to, cleanliness, working shower and toilet, clean towel, and WiFi that worked (unlike the claims made by similar hotels that don't actually have a working WiFi and deceive patrons). Of course, things were basic and the room small, but so what if you are only there for a couple of nights. Next time I am back in the city, I will try to book there again. The only drawback was, with one exception, a generally surly,unsmiling, and unhelpful staff. The lady working on the Sunday morning (30 June) was delightful and actually knows how to smile. The others, less so. Anyway, the hotel comes with my recommendation and I wish any future patron a wonderful stay.
