The hotel/apartment was a nice location away from the main city. There’s tons of food, easy public transport and grocery stores in the area. I feel like the communication was very poor from the time I checked in. I chose this hotel for the breakfast, laundry and parking. Once I check in I ask where the breakfast would be so I can have an idea, breakfast is not included in my stay but I can add it in. Okay fine, I’ll add it on. Then I ask how do we access the parking and if there is an elevator in the garage. Parking is not included and I need to pay. Fine, no problem again so I pay a separate fee for that. Finally I ask where the laundry is located- I need to purchase a laundry pod but she tells me where it’s located. I pay for the pod and go to my family. The place is an absolute maze. Diff. elevators take you to diff. floors. We figure it out and get to our floor- first impression of our floor was that it smelled really clean and fresh. We enter our room and I go to wash our baby bottles and there is an old used sponge and an empty soap bottle. Go to use the bathroom and there is no lock and the door doesn’t close all the way. We have to place a chair on the outside of the door in order for the person inside to have privacy. The interior main door does not have a deadbolt so if you have small babies they will run. I go to do laundry and I need an app and to pay wasn’t told this. For breakfast I showed up at 940 one day and they already closed. They said it’s till 10am.
