Misleading information, one person tells us we can have late checkout, next person says NO. We had previous reservations with Gate1 at this hotel but so he checked us out and left us without access to room without telling us. Next person says oh he didn’t give you new key? So she gave us a new key but I had to prove it was me lol. Searched for passport picture because I had no ID on me, everything in the room. I was very sick for 2 days and they would not let my husband take breakfast to me (breakfasts were paid thru Gate one) so I didn’t eat. Just bad customer service and no I wouldn’t stay here again.
