非常好，但出了大問題！

原本訂的房型是兩房3晚，但入住時卻只有一房，旅館人員告知他們搞錯了，但當下也滿房，無法做處理並隔天附了早餐給我們，不過後面兩晚依然還未處理，就這樣住了三晚，目前回國了，收到了旅館的扣款帳單，實在不解，目前正在處理此事件，其他部份整體而言非常好

樓下已經有規模不錯的超市

買東西很方便，有兩間超市在附近。住宿大門入大堂已有密碼鎖，每層樓走廊有閉路電視，相對安全。房間整潔舒適，有洗衣機，不用另外付款，入住時間不能提早，入住率相對高，加上要認真清潔，下午3點才可，但可寄存行李，服務不錯。每日0700-0200有人當值，事先講好規矩，都幾均真。但樓下常有乞丐，但似乎這現象到處都是，不算特別吧～

Great apartment

Good location. Mairie de Clichy metro station is within 5-10 minutes of walking. A few grocery stores are nearby. The place was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. House rules and check out procedure were explained clearly.

Value for money. Overall served the purpose. Staff was friendly. Room has the required amenities. Ventilation in bathroom was not working so it started smelling a bit.

When you first arrive, be careful to double check the address as it's a very small building and easy to overlook. This is NOT a hotel, this is a key fact the door staff will be sure to remind you as they list all the shortcomings. Also, keep your flip flops on in the unit as although it was a very tiny space, it doesn't feel like much effort is made to keep it clean beyond the quick once over and it felt very grimy. The safe didn't work and according to the clerk, we had no reason to complain as the unit was safe in his judgement, and we are "lucky" to be in this part of Paris. Also, don't expect clean towels or linen as "this is NOT a hotel, it's an apartment" and they also expect you to clean the dishes and throw out the trash when you leave or they'll keep your $200 security deposit. Not recommended at all.

The property was very nice and several bakeries and super market close by. The check-in was at 3 pm and was told check out was at noon. The property was clean, except for the bathroom. The vent was very dusty and the shower head was very callused by hard water. At 1150 am, we (family of 6 with two rooms) were rushed out by the hotel staff stating its noon and check out is now. She apologizes when we went down to check out and that she needed one of us to go over the room to make sure we got our security deposit back. While i was in the elevator with her, another customer handed her the keys and left (they sounded French). She did not inspect their rooms. I did find this strange and unfair. All in all, the stay was fairly nice and convenient. Minus one star for the negative experiences mentioned above.

C’est compliqué

Bon accueil mais la satisfaction est entachée par: Une odeur de produit d’entretien, Un lit canapé très difficile à déplier, Lit canapé offrant un mauvais couchage car la partie où repose la tête était cassée (sans doute en relation avec la difficulté à le déplier), Chambre côté rue donc très bruyante Très peu de pression pour prendre sa douche la colonne douche cassée ne donnait qu’un filet d’eau chaude sans pression, Dommage car chambre spacieuse, moderne et bien placée en prix pour une famille. Les grands groupes hôteliers ont du mal à maintenir un niveau de qualité top dans leurs hôtels car trop peu de civisme des clients et trop peu d’entretien de la part des enseignes. Un mauvais cocktail pour la plupart des clients corrects.

Dejlig lejlighed i fine omgivelser med supermarked og bager lige ved siden af og tæt til metro med direkte linje til Champs-Élysées. God plads til 5 personer. Stort lækkert badeværelse og gode soveværelser med fine senge, dog lidt hårde. Der kunne godt have været et spejl på værelserne eller bare et i gangen, når man er 5, der skal bruge badeværelset. Vi manglede også knager til overtøjet. Men det er kun små mangler :-)

lovely long weekend at Les Apartments Paris Clichy

We were made to feel very welcome at Les Apartments Clichy. The apartment was ideal for the 6 of us, modern clean, well equipped and with a lovely balcony looking out over the town square. Centrally located in Clichy it is also ideally situated for taking in the local area - shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. all being within a stones throw. Clichy in general is a nice area from which we used as a base to visit Paris over a long weekend. We used our car to get around but the metro is also very close. Noteable was the exceptional customer service of the staff at reception who were incredibly genial and genuinely cared that we had a nice stay. Would highly recommend a stay here and am sure that we will be back next time that we visit Paris !
