A lo largo de estos meses la experiencia con ustedes ha sido Geial. Pero esta vez tengo muchas cosas negativas que decir sobre el hotel. 1. No tiene letrero sobre el nombre más solo una vaya que dice hotel, estuvo rato intentando adivinar donde es. 2. La persona que atiende en las mañanas poco se entera de las cosss aparte no tiene mucho conocimiento de las actividades. 3. El cuarto está en pésimas condiciones, las sábanas sucias, el cuarto sucio, desordenado y aparte no tiene nada que ofrecer. Es literalmente un hueco. 4. Según la habitación que no lo especifica venía con el baño fuera. El baño que nos habilitaron que asco. Está dentro de otro cuarto y el nivel de cochinadad es increíble.. totalmente asqueroso e inhumano. Paredes con moho, huecos, el agua no baja, las regaderas no sirven. Un asco total Este servicio de hotel no deberían de ofertarlo porque lo que hace es reducir el nivel de experiencia con ustedes.

The room has a lots of pipes and can’t sleep of the noise of the water dropping in the ceiling then the light went off and did not turned on again. There is only one shared bathroom and toilette for the whole pad. Even the sink is just a full hole if something falls you can’t get it. We ask if we can get refund because we are supposed to stay until the fourth day but unfortunately you can’t get refund as we ask from receptionist. Maybe if it’s only one night stay it would be okay.

Hôtel décevant. Très très vieillissant, des étiquettes de sécurité encore a l'ancien nom de l'établissement. Salle de bains privative, oui, c'est a dire cabine de douche et WC dans la chambre, sans cloison. Placards sales, encore un papier de biscuit sous le lit. Mais personnel aimable, oui. Il est dommage de devoir aller demander une serviette au petit matin. Une applique du côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas, et lema seule prise fonctionnant était une triplette posée sur

Un séjour honteux, très sale avec carrément beaucoup de craces, du sang sur la couverture, un pansement usagé dans les draps ... on a du même quitter les lieux en urgences à cause d'un groupe de 4 hommes très suspects et nettement bien habitués à cet hôtel. Je demande un remboursement et franchement je ne comprends pas pourquoi avec des photos d'annonces mensongères et beaucoup de mauvais avis ils sont toujours présents.

I was booked into this hotel and new it wasn't a high stare place but was only going to be there for a couple nights. The day before we were going to check in I got alerted to some more newer reviews of the. Pictures not being accurate, that there were bugs and it was unclean. There was no way I was going to stay there as it would be a health risk. So I contacted Expedia to try and cancel and the property wouldn't reply and I was told I couldn't get a refund. I will continue to fight that because this property should be looked into by them if they have any standards.

Nous sommes de le niveau de prestations hotelières de "vendeurs" de sommeil". l'hôtel est insalubre. le concierge de nuit dort un canapé de l'accueil. l'hôtel est très. impossble d'utiliser la douche et son évier. l'évier dans la chambre et sale n'était pas lavé / traces dans poils de barbe rasée dans l'évier. Oreiller non lavé. je demande de me faire intégralement rembourser de cette nuités non conforme aux photos du site par rapport à la réalité de l'état de l'hotel. Je vous demande d'alerter les autorités de l'insalubrité de cet hotel mettant les voyageurs en réel danger.

The property is in a poor state and unsafe. There’s no lift to the upper floors and the tinny staircase is not lite. I asked to view the room an arrival before carrying my bags in and I immediately booked an Uber and left to another hotel despite having paid. Book at your own risk.

Property is rundown and not kept up. Room also run down, has toilet, sink. One sharable shower on third floor that worked but cluttered with non essentials, lacked places to hold soap etc, 'broken' shower head that you had to hold to use. Overall good location, 20 minutes walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, close to subways, trains, restaurants, patisseries. Farther to Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe (use subway). Overall, recommend paying more and hopefully get a better place.

The hotel was disgusting, the bathroom was very dirty, the toilet wasn't working, the floors were extremely dirty as well, the night table was broken and the building in general was not clean at all. The staff not really helpful, hard to communicate with them in English or French. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
