Great stay .. ideal location

Excellent stay. Room was lovely and clean and the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. One issue was on one of the days we could not get breakfast as nowhere to sit and we had pre paid for this. Right near to a metro station.

Good stay

It was a good stay in Paris. The hotel was friendly and nice to have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water available 24/7 in the breakfast room downstairs. The breakfast was nice but it was extremely busy when we went and because it’s a small hotel it is difficult to find somewhere to sit so going very early is a must Rooms are small and bathroom was compact but very typical in Paris for smaller hotels.

Very courteous staff , ground floor suite room had a problem and they replaced with a better room with a good condition. They held luggage even after Checkout. Walkable from metro station.

Poor experience

It was a very poor experience staying st ibis starting from receiving an email 2 days before checkin stating that hotels.com overbooked the hotel and the room that I booked is not available so they gave us different rooms. During the stay the lift stopped working and no one bothered to get it fixed for 3 days. The breakfast is basic and is repetitive. The stairs carpet is completely worn out and doesn’t look like is cleaned ever. The AC didn’t work on the first day.

Chambre d hôtel petite, une petite douche. Propreté correcte. Mauvaise insonorisation, une nuit un réfugié a été logé sur le même palier que le mien et a fait du bruit +++ de 2h45 à 5h du matin, et fumait dans la chambre, il y a bien eu l intervention du gardien de nuit mais cela n a rien changé. Un excellent petit déjeuner, bien achalandé. Personnel souriant.
