The entire staff was some of the best we have ever stayed with.They were more engaged than those at the George V. everyone knew our name everyday and treated us like family. The suite was spacious and quiet and just redone. the stay was flawless

There is nothing to say but that every single aspect of this hotel is 10+. Its like going to a hotel long ago when the service was not just good but unexpected excellence. They anticipated your needs and filled them before you knew you needed them. The staff was incredibly welcoming and you felt like old friends upon departure. The rooms were elegant, luxurious and completely soundproof. Cannot plan a return stay soon enough.

Having booked the VIP experience through Expedia, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The staff’s attentiveness was particularly noteworthy on my birthday, December 25th. We had a wonderful five-day stay at Hotel Balzac. Elegant, comfortable, and highly curated, the hotel offers a stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe. Check-in: Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by a delightful scent that permeated the space. The staff at check-in were very helpful and accommodating. Although we couldn’t check in early, our luggage was stored until the designated time. During the check-in process, we were personally escorted to our room and shown the amenities. It would have been nice if our luggage had been waiting for us, but it arrived promptly after we called for it. The Room: The room was incredibly stylish, with the interior design team doing a fantastic job of making it feel like a home away from home. The fit and finish of everything, from the walls to the bedding, were meticulously thought out. The beautiful damask walls trimmed with grosgrain, the very comfortable bedding, and the lovely cashmere throw all added to the room’s charm. We also enjoyed the excellent Marshall wireless Bluetooth speaker, the steamer for our clothing, and the high-quality Diptyque soaps and creams. Additionally, the mini bar was well-stocked, though we didn’t use it. We didn’t require much assistance from the staff, but they were always warm and greeted us whenever we left or returned to the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy breakfast at the hotel, as we had a jammed schedule, but we plan to do so on our next visit.
