My first bad review

I have never given a bad review in my career until now. There was a spill in the bathroom when I arrived. The host never shared welcome material so i asked people in the building for the door code, the wifi password. I couldn't wait to leave.

WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My nightmare of booking an apartment with Home Sweet Home started the minute I made ny booking - it turned out to be my worst travel experience ever. Upon booking I recieved no confirmation or check-in information from the property company. After sending several messages I recieved an email I could not read in French. Since I needed the adress of the property and code to get in I texted the property manager who was totally unresponsive. When I finally got hold of him he was unpolite and arrogant. After more than 15 text messages and reminders following my arrival in Paris I finally got the adress to the property and told I could leave my bags there in the morning before checking in. I was then told I could not leave my bags until 3pm. Then this was later changed to 4pm. When I finally arrived to check in after spending half the day texting the manager (who refused to give me a call), I got an extremely arrogant and rude reply saying I couldn't check in since there was a double booking. I had now spent several hours texting the property company and running arround with three heavy bags in Paris. When I finally got hold of the manager by phone, I did not recieve any apology but an extremely rude reply saying this wasn't their problem. I had to find my own accomodation for the night. Home Sweet Home is not a serious company. Please avoid this place at all costs!

Spacieux et propre

Logement plus grand que je l'espérais, très bien décoré, il y a ce tout ce qu'il faut. Le bémol serait sur la literie, ayant fait de la route, je l'ai trouvée moyenne car trop molle pour moi et séparation au milieu du lit.

Appartement réservé non disponible malgré mail de confirmation (erreur site de réservation). Hotelier réactif pour trouver une solution. パリに慣れた人向けアパートタイプ

部屋は木の家具で、とてもあたたかい感じの清潔な広い部屋。マレ地区にあり、周辺にはすてきなビストロもあり良いロケーション。メトロの駅から近いが、エスカレーターが無いため、大きなスーツケースがある場合には不便。タクシーが良い。5泊の予約だったが、タオルが２枚、トイレットペーパーも足りず、依頼するにも無人のため、何度かホテルオーナーに携帯でメッセージをすることになり、英語があまり通じず大変だった。滞在中の清掃はない。なお、チェックインに必要な情報は携帯にメッセージで送付される。無人チェックイン。

Home Sweet Home was the perfect fit for our family of 4 (two teenage daughters and two adults). Communication was easy despite our lack of French! The inside was very clean and roomy. The location was very near a metro station and walking distance to a lot of local cafes and sites. Overall we would stay there again!

Huoneiston sijainti oli aivan loistava. Katu oli rauhallinen, mutta lähellä kaikkea. 500m kävelymatkan päässä oli kaikki mitä tarvitset ja liikenneyhteydet olivat hyvät. Yhteydenpito tapahtui majoitusliikkeen kanssa ranskaksi ja tämä hieman hankaloitti asiointia. Palvelu oli kuitenkin ystävällistä. Huoneistot olivat uusia, mutta siisteydessä olisi ollut hieman parantamisen varaa.
