Unfortunately we weren't happy with the hotel, the staff was great, very friendly and tried to accommodate us but the property is old, dated and in need of an update. It's also a little outside of the main part of the city so would take a little longer to get to and fro. We knew this going in, thought we'd be ok with but the area was a little limited on options so we moved within an hour after arriving.

Aircon in two rooms just did not work. And in a very hot summer in Paris, that's not great at all! Just far too warm. Staff were ok and tried to help, one more than the others, but only one room we reviewed had Aircon working after looking at a few where Aircon was just useless. Cleanliness not great. Breakfast very basic, but the fresh juice was good.

Good anough for the money. I stayed 2 nights, lady at front desk was nice, room was clean. There is not much around the hotel but i had a car and easily visited all places needed. Location is within city limits.

Basic but decent hotel
While basic, the hotel served my needs well. The evening meal was okay, the breakfast okay - nothing fancy. But, the redeeming feature was it had a pretty good selection of 80's music playing in the restaurant.

Good hotel
A good correct hôtel. I spent three nights at Campanile and I was satisfied with the room and the quality of service. The breakfast is a bit poor and it lasts only till 9:30am.

Convenient Hotel Location
This was a convenient hotel for its close location to Paris. We had to drop off a hire car early in the morning prior to catching the train to London. Hotel had parking and Wifi which we also required. This hotel is used by coach tour groups and buffet dinner in the restaurant was first in best dressed. Getting a drink at the bar was impossible so we gave up. Rooms small but clean. The lift broke down whilst we were there so had to use the stairs and also had some issues with room key that was finally resolved after three trips to reception.

Very satisfactory stay.
We were very satisfied with our stay. The price was very reasonable. The room smaller than what we are used to, but I guess that is Paris, close to airport. It was clean, comfortable and very acceptable. We were too tired to go out for supper so we went to Hotel restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of offerings for a fair price with pleasant service. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

More than a budget hotel
For the very low price I got through Expedia, even with an unexpected hit for breakfast, this was an absolute bargain, delivering quality and service way above what you would expect for the price. I pay as much for a bed and breakfast in Guildford and there is no comparison. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. The bath is very small, but the shower is fine. There is sufficient space for clothes, good air conditioning, tea and coffee in the room. Yes, you can hear the road noise, but it is not that bad, less than you would get in Guildford in fact. I did not use the restaurant in the evening, but I did have breakfast. Maybe a little expensive, but a good selection of US/UK and European breakfasts, juices, tea and coffee. The guests were about half and half business people like me and older people who I took to be tourists. French, German and English all heard. Free WiFi really useful as well.

Great location & clean rooms
Clean, modern hotel in a great location. A 5 minute walk to the RER metro station then 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were clean and shower was great. They have a buffet restaurant onsite but don't bother. We went at 8pm and they'd run out of most of the buffet so we opted for their very limited a la carte menu. After having to get up out of our seats to grab a waiter (totally uncaring service!) our steaks came out cold. Really awful. Instead walk across the road to bistrot d'edmond as their food and service is spectacular!

clean hotel with clean room and bathroom. but air conditions not working and if you open the window you cannot sleep for the loud noise of traffic. Night shift reception was nice and quite helpful and opposite of day shift girl who is so impolite and selfish.The hotel located far from center and quite far from metro station which you need another tram to get you there. Fresh air and nice hotel/restaurants are the good points of course.

Perfect, cheap hotel.
This hotel is perfect if it is just a bed for the night. We stayed for three nights and found the room adequate, the beds were very comfortable and the room was always tidy after a turnaround. We were out everyday exploring and only used it as a place to sleep at night and have no qualms about staying again. It is your typical cheap hotel! The only thing I would have asked for is a few international channels on the TV, most hotels seem to have atleast one or two in English, such as BBC Worldwide, and it would have been a nice added bonus.

Worth The money
The front desk people did not speak a lot of English so it was a little hard to communicate, especially when it came on how to get there from the airport. Overall, once I got there it was good. The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. It looked very ikea like, and simple. I liked it. It's super far from the city center which is why I probably wouldn't stay here again, overall not bad though.

For a Londoner coming to paris it was easy to understand the metro system and get to central paris from the hotel. You would appreciate how close the hotel is to the metro, like a 5 minute walk and its a direct train to places like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame cathedral although the journey could take around 45 minutes.

Rooms a little on the small side, but clean. Friendly and helpful staff. short walk to Metro "C" line direct to the Eiffel Tower. Only downside the garage door was off so no secure parking. Offered free parking outside the hotel and had no issues

We only stayed in Paris for two nights and i would recommend a hotel much closer to the city centre. The metro system is very efficient but still 20 mins from the Eiffel Tower which is only the start of the city walk. This hotel should not be advertised as Paris, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very good for the price but the walls are hollow which means you can hear everything happening in the ha,l ways which is not ideal for a sleep in after a late night exploring the city centre!

Very pleasantly surprised. We were there to attend the Stade de France, and the proximity of excellent public transport was brilliant. The parking, welcome and general ambience of the hotel was really good and considering it is beside a busy ('cos it's Paris) road surprisingly quiet- we actually slept with the window open. Room and bed very comfortable. Wish I'd taken breakfast as it looked really good, especially sitting out in the morning sun. Would have no hesitation in returning.

This hotel has lots of goods and bads. Goods: Nice area, Food store very close, good breakfast buffet for around 10 euros, Close to train station, Close to Bus and Tram, big, clean and quiet rooms, staff very helpful with tourist info and speak good English, Internet works good in the room. Bads: Lobby closes at 11:00 PM, beds and cots are hard, toilet is in a separate room from the shower and has no window or vent of any kind (the extractor is actually in the shower area), strong smell to pain since they were painting the stairs (would get in the room when the AC is on), diner buffet is complicated with options (hot food only, cold food only, deserts buffet with food only), it took 2 days to get a garbage can (none in the room), only bath towels (they don't provide hand towels, so your towel is humid from the hands when you take a shower), few restaurants in the area. Take the bus or metro, trains are dirty and not well maintained. Take the 178 bus to the defense (takes about 40 minutes). Lots of restaurants and shops over there.

Good but a little far
Small room but it has almost everything you need, just no fridge or microwave oven. Convenient location with RER train station a few minutes away on foot. There is a McDonald's nearby so you can buy some breakfast there instead of having buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which costs Euro 10.00 per adult. Drawback is it is a little too far away from all the scenery spots so every day it takes long time on the tranport. Make sure to get up really early to make full use of the day.
