The hotel is lying: they say it's located at 5 minutes from the metro station, it's not true (it's at 30 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station) Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé par l'hotel: cet hotel est loin de la station de metro, il est situé à une distance de 30 minutes minimum de la station de metro la plus proche, c'est un hotel isolé! Please keep in mind that the hotel is isolated, if you're taking public transport, it will be very difficult to find this hotel! On est arrivé par métro la nuit, et on a passé des heures à chercher l'hotel!!

The hotel was great for what we needed it for. We did ask the staff for some extra towels and pillows (because they were the worst pillows ever) and they said no which was strange. The area around the hotel was not the greatest and there wasn’t a lot of options for food

We stayed there 10 days and overall the experience was disappointing for a hotel that claims family friendly. There was no coffee or water dispenser in the lobby, you had to ask the staff. Room had no coffee machine,iron, fridge and microwave in the room . Which made things difficult.one day we received old towel from front desk because we got late night. I noticed later towels were old torn. Bathroom had 3 in one soap dispenser not like soap and shampoo breakfast was same everyday with little variety and items were

Når du går ind på hotellet bliver du mødt af en helt ubeskrivelig parfumeret stank, som fortsætter ind i værelserne også. Vælg under ingen omstændigheder dette hotel, hvis du har det skidt med lugte eller bare har en helt almindelig lugtesans. Værelserne ser pæne ud på billederne, men det er også meget langt fra virkeligheden. Mine børn lå på en madras hvor fjedrene stak dem direkte i ryggen og værelserne var generelt præg af meget slid og dårligt vedligehold. Rengøringen var nærmest ikke eksisterende og madrasserne fyldt med klamme pletter. Det samme på vægge og døre. Flere af tingene virkede slet ikke. Vi fravalgte roomservice og tog vores ting med os i løbet af dagen, da sikkerheden ikke var i orden og området er meget fattigt. Toilettet kunne ikke skylle ud. Det stoppede da vores datter tissede, så vi var nødt til at forlade hotellet for at komme på toilettet. Hotellet reklamerer med sikker parkering, men porten var i stykker halvdelen af tiden (stod åben) og deres ladestander virkede ikke, selvom en del nok ville vælge hotellet for den mulighed. Det var selvfølgelig forsøgt løst, men personalet taler meget dårligt engelsk, så det var ikke til at få til at fungere.
