There were literally massive bugs crawling all over the bed in the room. The room was very messy and dirty and not ready to receive anyone. We had arrived exhausted and were even ready to tolerate the mess and spent an hour trying to kill the bugs the huge bugs and beetles that were attacking my young daughter. We were going to wait until morning to get our place changed. But as it got worse and worse after three hours, we finally had to have an emergency move to another place at 2:30AM. Thankfully, Expedia, after reviewing the graphic videos of the bugs and beetles crawling all over the bed, handled this move with professionalism and grace. This place should be shut down by health inspectors and should not even be allowed on Expedia. I'm an expedia customer for over 20 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels and hostels through Expedia all over the world in six continents and have never seen something this bad in my life. This was definitely the worst experience in 20 years in a hotel or hostel ever.
