The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night time. The accommodation was clean, and this hotel is situated not far from the railway station with direct services into Paris. On the downside, facilities were bad. Not even a kettle in the room, let alone coffee or a fridge! And the large tv had no remote. Restaurant was closed on bank holiday. The area around the hotel is a bit run down with few options to eat nearby.

We arrived friday, and on the weekend no cleaning staff, so no clean sheets, and had to ask for towels, tissue paper, and clean sheet. just not enjoyable.

Arrived after hours. Staff would not communicate with me ahead of time about late arrival. Upon arriving front desk night clerk was unhelpful and snobby. Simply did not want to do more than click a mouse. Seemed bothered about having to answer questions. Room was freezing upon entry - thermostat said 12C°. There were flies and a couple worm like things. It was so late I couldn’t deal with talking to the staff to get rid of it. So opened the window and got rid of it my self. Phone in the room did not work. Asked the night staff if there was a phone available to customers and he just scoffed and laughed as if it were a ridiculous request😂. 10min walk to train station. Sketchy location and no customer service at the train service if you are early.

Vi var fyra personer (familj) som bodde där i fyra nätter. När man kommer in i lobbyn så luktar det äckligt och fukt. Smutsiga och gamla,tunna och trasiga kuddar på fötöljen. När vi anlände så var rummet inte städdat ( vi bodde en” svit”) vi orkade inte ta upp, men dagen efter städade de lite bättre. Det ända som var bra på denna Hôtel var att de bytte handduk varje dag om det önskades. Det fanns tre stycken trasiga galjer i en unikt och trasig garderob, allting i rummet var trasigt, lampan gardinen, dörren till badrummet lätt som en fjol varje gång man öppnade eller stängde dörren. Frukosten var ett skämt så den vill jag inte ens skiva om det. Jag rekomenderar inte denna Hôtel med tanke på vad det kostade.

The property looks nothing like the photos …. I booked the room for my fiancé and I! I was getting married and excited but I was so embarrassed for the make up artist and stylist to come to room …. It was so small and broken mirror…. Tv was set to just french and no way you can change it…. It was completely empty…. And the outside of hotel look abandoned…. It was so bad after two nights my fiance booked a room somewhere else for the remainder of my stay ….. expedia or the business would give us the money back

Dringend nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr weit entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Innenstadt, in einem unschönen Industriegebiet gelegen. Wir waren völlig geschockt, als wir unser Zimmer betraten, da es auf keinem der Bilder zu sehen war. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung waren uralt, schmutzig und kaputt. Die Bilder auf der Website und die Realität sind zwei verschiedene Welten! Das Einzige Gute war, dass die Parkplätze kostenlos waren. Ich wäre nicht so enttäuscht gewesen, wenn das Hotel nicht so teuer gewesen wäre. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Preise zu hoch für das, was man bekommt.

Hôtel calme, facile d'accès. Attention, l'entretien n'est pas fait et l'hôtel se délabre, joint de carrelage cassé a 80% dans la salle de bain, portes de douches à réparer, oreiller tachés et sans taies pour les 2 sur 4 de la chambre, portes de placard disparu, un seul cintre en plastique hyper fragile (impossible d'y poser un gros manteau d'hiver au risque de le casser) Petit déjeuner très leger, et de médiocre qualités générales, hormis les pain au chocolat corrects. Le personnel est gentil mais manque clairement de professionnalisme . Hotel a eviter si possible.

The room was extremely dirty,I had to clean the floor, the bathroom and the closet, it smell like smoke n the room,bed cover was dirty,I tried to access the gym and the staff lied that , first telling me they were going to open at 10:00 and then that it was under renovation. My opinion is that Expedia shouldn't list this hotel absolutely disgusting!

Séjour agréable accueil sympa Prix très correct ! Chambre propre Salle de Bain vraiment top ! Moderne etc Pour le petit dejeuné correct mais plus de choix aurait été parfait Tout s’est bien passé Juste petit bémol : lorsque l’alarme incendie se déclenche à 6h30 nous aurions aimé au moins une présentation d’excuse chose qu’il n’a pas été dite ( n’étant pas un exercice mais une personne qui fumait dans une chambre ) en rien de la faute de l’hotel ni du personnel mais une petite excuse aurait été sympathique Sinon RAS

A very tired down hotel
A very tired down hotel. The breakfast is extremely limited and when contacting the staff for the breakfast to filled up, they told us that there was no more. The worst breakfast we have ever tried.
