"The place was pretty run down. Needs to be updated or rennovated just looked like a very old hotel and the property is not kept very well from the lawn to the paint on the walls was not a comfortable place to stay"

" The beds were super comfortable and we were in a safe area. Many things seemed to be "scrimped" on; the quality of the towels, the breakfast was at a minimum and even the coffee was weak and not in good supply. The staff did not seem happy. "

"This property is in the middle of changing to Fairfield. We were not informed they were also under construction and changing ownership. Rooms partially renovated with some subpar workmanship and not completed. We had long list of concerns for new manager who had only been there two weeks."

"The room was clean, however the room could spruce up a bit. Breakfast was reasonable."

"This was a last minute stop so we were grateful to find it, but there were spots where the carpet was falling apart and there were several big yellow stains on the white sheets. But the funniest/worst thing was that the bathroom door wouldn't close because the toilet was in the way. This seemed to have been going on for awhile because there was a big dent in the door from where it hit the toilet and it looked liked people kept trying to squeeze the door past the toilet but it literally couldn't because the toilet was so far out. Thankfully I was with family so we made it work, but if I had been with a group of friends it would have been especially awkward. When we told the front desk about it the next morning they were really surprised to know about it. I'm a bit confused how they couldn't know about it and why they would still give it out as a room when the room next to us was clearly empty."

"The view of the lake is amazing. To state this is a resort is stretching it. Older hotel with expensive on site restaurants."
