"Location was great for catching my morning flight. Breakfast was not great at all — it starts at 2:00 AM and runs continuously until 10:00 AM. A lot of the food just sat out and clearly didn’t have any turnover. Overall, for a one-night stay, this was more than adequate."

"It was ok, and the staff were good but located in Terminal 2 and only realized afterwards that my flight was departing from Terminal 3 so required me to take the sky train from Terminal 3 where I landed and trip over on the skytrain to the hotel, then because my early morning flight, there's no skytrain running, so I needed to arrange a shuttle.(which is free) The purpose of taking this hotel was to be near my departure gate and I could have booked another hotel in Terminal 3 instead. "Towels: The longevity of bathroom towels is an important consideration for a GRAND hotel. I discovered that the sides of the bath towels were frayed, and the color is dull (not white anymore). p.s: the old towels don't have to be thrown away. It is repurposable."
