"This was a lovely old hotel with perfect attention to detail. We had dinner there both nights (area is quite remote) and were not disappointed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. If we are this way again we’ll definitely be staying again. "

I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly.
