"This guesthouse markets itself as a hotel. They won't let you keep your luggage there, they have all these weird rules about everything and were completely unprofessional when I texted them, yelling at me. "Hotel is a portion of a larger building. The advance communication from the proprietors was pretty good as far as accessing the unit. Yet, when we arrived late on a Saturday night, we couldn't get the main door from the street to open.
