"We had a poor experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and in poor condition. There was water damage on the wall behind the drapes. The smoke detector was missing in our room. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The hallways smelled of body odour and cigarette smoke. The fitness center was under equipped and the treadmill that I used quit multiple times in the first few minutes that I tried it. Breakfast was very busy with paper thin bacon and eggs that seemed to be made from a bag. We were...

"I don’t recommend it. I checked in….went to room and checked out 20 minutes later. Sheets were dirty and the room had a bad odour. I was fully refunded immediately. This place needs to be renovated completely!"

"Our original room had not been finished cleaned when we arrived. They moved us to a different room that was ready. There were dirt particles on the floor and the bottom of toilet was dirty. Built up dirt and urine splatter had not been cleaned up. Tub area had hard water stains as well. When walking through the hallways you could also see dirt buildup along the edges by doors etc. I would not stay at this property again. Your housekeeping staff needs to be educated on properly cleaning...

"Air conditioning took long before being cold but worked. The beach was great but full of feathers like FULL lol but not their fault in anyway just an observation. The only things i hated, disliked or liked less were the floor being rug, windows were extremely filthy from the back of the room not the main one and the shower barely had any pressure so showering took longer than needed. The rest of the room was great and clean. Bed was comfy we slept good no noise heard from other rooms or outside....
