The Pousada it's generally good, but in my room i didn't find any soap nor body wash, no hangers for clothes, in my friend's room there were 3 pcs of soap, but no body wash,and she had hangers. My face towel was dirty. The location and the parking were the plus.

Room was not like the photos. Not very nice and the bed was very itchy so I think there might have been bed bugs. Swimming pool was nice.

We had one of the cheapest rooms and it was a really bad experience. Mould on the walls, uncomfortable beds and yellow and black spots on all the towels and sheets. The outside area and breakfast was good, but the room itself was nasty.

Gostaria de falar que as fotos da internet não convém com a realidade. Quanto a localização é muito boa, pode se fazer tudo a pé de forma segura. As camas em péssimo estado e os colchões muito velhos assim como o frigobar. O box no banheiro não tem porta e quando fui até a recepção para perguntar o pq disso a proprietária alegou que não tinha pq o box era muito pequeno para pessoas obesas e dessa forma evitaria um acidente. Dessa forma tinha que colocar todos os dias 3 tapetinhos no chão para evitar que banheiro não ficasse alagado. O café da manhã é muito mirrado, sem muita escolha e em pequenas quantidades e quando você pede pra repor eles demoram pra fazer. Com certeza a pior pousada que já fiquei em Paraty . Se fosse explicar tudo o que aconteceu e que eu vi ficaria horas digitando. Só pra lembrar que os funcionários são super atenciosos, diferentemente da proprietária, nada simpática e que não gostou nem um pouco por eu ter reclamado no primeiro dia sobre a porta que não existia no box.

Achei o café da manhã muito fraco!! Descemos 30min após o início do café e estava lotado, não tinha lugar pra sentar, as mesas cheias de utensílios sujos que foi usado e ninguém retirava. O buffet de café vazio, não tinha ninguém pra repor e quando a moça resolveu repor acabou no mesmo instante. Quando chegamos ficamos num quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava pedimos pra trocar de quarto e acabaram trocando porém acredito que foi só porque era apenas 1 diária.

Deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos, em 4 diárias ficamos sem energia em 3 delas por um periodo longo...a pousada nao tem nenhuma estrutura para isso apesar de ser algo recorrente como dito por funcionários (chuveiros a gás ou gerador são essenciais e lanternas de emergência) O café da manhã tem o basico mas falha em reposição, demoram muito para repor itens simples como ovos e mussarela mesmo solicitando, frutas sao bem racionadas... Cama confortavel e quarto espaçoso e com limpeza impecavel com troca roupa de cama e toalha

A diária nesse hotel tem um preço menor do que outros hotéis na região, ele fica bem localizado e tem estacionamento. Porém, o quarto estava sujo, toalhas manchadas, o café da manhã é bem limitado, com pouca reposição e poucas mesas. O hotel em si parece que tem tido pouca manutenção. Então, apensar do custo menor, não acho que valha o que cobra.

O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso e prestativo, e a pousada conta com um bom estacionamento, o que foi positivo. No entanto, ao chegar no quarto, tivemos a surpresa de encontrar as paredes mofadas e o ar-condicionado com mau cheiro. Felizmente, a funcionária da recepção foi solícita e prontamente ofereceu a troca para outro quarto em melhores condições. O maior problema foi o café da manhã. A variedade de alimentos é muito limitada e a reposição é insuficiente; várias vezes percebemos que eram colocadas pouquíssimas unidades na mesa, aparentemente para “racionar” os alimentos. Presenciamos outros hóspedes também solicitando reposição de itens. Em um episódio particularmente desconfortável, precisei solicitar à atendente da cozinha a reposição de fatias de queijo e presunto (as únicas opções disponíveis), e ela me chamou de "queijeiro" para outra funcionária dentro da cozinha, demonstrando insatisfação por ter que repor a muçarela. Esse tipo de atitude foi constrangedora e prejudicou bastante a experiência.

Chegamos com o quarto com cheiro de mofo, passou conforme deixamos as janelas abertas e fomos para o centro. Primeiro dia, café da manhã nulo (café disponível das 8 às 10, chegamos às 9). E foi assim todos os dias. Nunca tinha comida o suficiente para atender todos! Acabava pão, ovo, bolo, suco… uma miséria. E a pior parte: todo dia uma desculpa diferente. A cama nao era confortável, o frigobar esta com ferrugem… eu gastei pelo menos R$600 a mais por nao ter café da manhã decente, o que poderia ter virado um upgrade para um lugar que cumpre o que oferece.
9 horas e fomos informados que não haveria reposição
