"Good downtown location. Used the pool and hot tub both of which were nice. Our Ferry out the next day was 3.5 hours late so they let us leave our car in the parking garage (we had valet parking the previous day) all the next day at no additional cost. Cooked in the kitchenette but the dinner menu looked good. The washer/dryer did not work well so beware."

"One night stay. Very conveniently situated for the Bluebridge Ferry terminal. Having checked in and used the lift to our room we found we'd been allocated a room type that differed to the one we'd booked and paid forin advance. Reception was surprised that I wasn't happy with one double bed, even though I'd booked a room with two double beds. I had to insist on being moved."

"The staff had everything in order for a late arrival. Very smooth. My only negative would be there were no instructions on how to turn on the spa bath. I will say even without the bubbles it felt wonderful after a long travel day!"

"There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area i would not stay at this hotel again the friendly staff was probably the only thing that was worthwhile about the property i thought that i would have had a better experience at a motel six absolutely worthless! "

"The king size bed was TERRIBLE! The mattress had a 3” pad that the sheets never stayed tucked in. It was like sleeping on a pile of loose sheets. It felt terrible under the covers. We would never stay at this hotel EVER! House keeping was not good at all. Never left enough toilet paper or tissues. Never restocked the small creamers in the mini fridge. "
