"They scammed me ..i paid through expedia and the refuse to let me on property even though i had confirmation numbers and emails.. didnt have phone services and had to purchase different room at resort .. person over maui stayed hidden until after i paid for other room.. been trying to request a full refund i was there and got scammed "
