My stay here was great! The Check in process was smooth and easy, the room was clean and very comfortable...the only issues that was encountered at the time were the living room air-conditioning and the broken counter top stove which were both resolved in a timely manner. The receptionist Mr ferley was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the stay even more comfortable with his vast wealth of knowledge, information and service. Coming all the way from Trinidad and Tobago🇹🇹 (Tobago to be more specific) I must say I will highly recommend EMPIRE to my trinibago people and anybody else..

I reserved a 2 bedroom apartment online and when I arrived at the property they booked two two bedroom apartments. I ended up paying more than I budgeted for and they took half of the price for canceling the extra apartment that was accidentally booked. I was disappointed because this is my first time visiting Suriname and this experience didn’t make it a pleasant first impression. Regardless the stay was good the facilities are great. The location is nice and the staff are friendly. I wish we didn’t have that minor hiccup at the beginning with the bookings.
