「Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...

「Dining facility way too small for an all-inclusive hotel. This will be a total nightmare in the summer when the hotel is full to capacity - queue, queue for everything!」
