「The umbrella by the pool (ringed in red) fell and nearly hit my partner on the head, just missing her by pure luck. It was not secured properly, and there was no apology from the staff. 「The hotel and most of the staff were friendly and spoke English. However, we ended up in a corner room surrounded by teenagers throwing parties and barely got any sleep.
