「We have stayed at this hotel a few times over past 20 years or so. I believe our last time was just after a renovation and actually was quite nice then. I do not believe it has been renovated since that time (not sure of year, maybe 2009?). The room this time was just "okay". It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.). 「Found bugs in the bed and stains on the sheets. The door lock was broken and the room smelled awful. Two small pillows for the king sized bed. Photos attached. The building is run down and the carpet is ripped in multiple places. There was a sign on the desk that they hold a $60 cash only deposit upon check-in as well. Expedia I wouldnt offer this hotel on your site. 」

「The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.」
