We were kitesurfing in Paracuru and randomly chose this hotel on Expedia. We had stayed at other places in Paracuru with not great experiences. Salomon the manager took excellent care of us. The dinner in the restaurant was the best we have had on the trip with really great selection, taste and service. We will definitely stay there again!

Lugar muito bonito e bem cuidado. Quarto que ficamos com vista para a lagoa mas também do telhado da cozinha. Café da manhã suficiente mas aquém da elegância do hotel. No jantar comemos um peixe que estava muito bom mas a lagosta não agradou. Tivemos um late Check out, que nos ajudou bastante. A cidade não tem tantos atrativos, como há em outras praias do litoral oeste, o que tornam necessárias ações para que o hóspede fique na hospedagem.

A estadia na casa na lagoa sempre é muito agradável. Quartos impecáveis, cafe da manhã incrível e ambiente integrado com a natureza. No geral foi ótima, porque o lugar é encantador mesmo aparecendo rãs no banheiro. No entanto, achei muito estranho e desconfortável no dia da saída o responsável pela entrada e saída nos cobrar que precisávamos fechar a conta até 10h 30min, porque ele deveria sair. (Me questionei: só tem ele lá?!) Cordialmente, respondi que iria mais tarde, mas acabamos indo logo para pagar apenas o que foi consumido pelo jantar. Foi cobrado o valor do hotel, mas falei que tinha sido pago pelo Hoteis. Com. Enfim, viajo sempre e em todos os hoteis resolvemos o que ficar pendente na saida. ( e a saída é 12h. Mas sempre saímos até 11h de quaisquer hotéis). Além disso, chegamos quase 2h antes do tempo, mas rapidamente foi dito que apenas 14h poderia ir para o balângalo. Aí perguntamos se poderíamos ficar para o almoço até chegar a hora. Mas, no restaurante, tinha 1 mesa vaga, porém nos foi dito que demoraria tanto que seria melhor nem ficar. Logo saímos. Enfim, achei tudo muito estranho. Por fim, é muito lindo de fato. Mas confesso que não gostei da abordagem antes de sair. Quando estávamos saindo por volta das 10h 45min, o atendente ainda estava por lá, o que me deixou mais ainda pensativa.

Incrível, amei demais, tudo muito lindo e diferente do que eu tinha costume de me hospedar, muito limpo, organizado, agradável e aconchegante. Tínhamos praia, lagoa, piscina e uma área bem arborizada tudo junto em um só lugar. Atendimento nota 10 excelente, café da manhã extraordinário, o quarto estava impecável e a equipe que nos atendeu, pessoas bem preparadas e animadas, diferentes de outros que já passei. Equipe cordial. Tivemos um problema com a suite escolhida, mas fomos prontamente informados na chegada, com substituição por uma melhor. Comida de qualidade, não cobraram rolha para hóspedes e forneceram água mineral da casa para acompanhar. De ponto negativo, não achamos a lagoa interessante para banho no período que visitamos (fevereiro/24).
