Good hotel overall but seems understaffed

The hotel is in an incredible location with amazing views. There are some quite good facilities at the hotel, and the breakfast is good, but with rather bad coffee. We were a bit disappointed in terms of the limited hospitality offered by staff, who appear to be overworked and under-supported. Also, the hotel could do with a bit of renovation.

A tired hotel but OK if you want the location.

Hotel has a nice location within easy walking distance of the town and harbour. The food was decent for the price. The all inclusive drinks were the limited range typical of this type of hotel. Rooms were a reasonable size and the grounds were nice. The main negative of this hotel is that it is looking quite dated and run down. The level of maintenance also seems poor in both the rooms and public areas.

Overal a great stay

Overal a great stay. The kids loved the pool area. Walking distance to an organized beach and to a nice restaurant. Also walking distance to the Marina to get the boats to Akama. We had dinner at the resort one night. They offer good buffet for 15euros for adults, 7 for kids, all drinks included. The double bed was comfortable. My son can't say the same for his bed. The room was clean. The resort is old, but the rooms are renovated. Overal a nice resort.

Not for us.

Very dated, mouldy bathroom, collapsing bathtub, bad odour, reception smelt of cigarettes. Unfortunately this hotel is very dated.

You get what you pay for

The room was relatively clean but could do with a low and high point clean. Clean sheets provided on Saturday but bed not made. Shower hot and fridge cold. Adult only pool had no bar facilities so reasonable walk to family pool for drinks. Breakfast was basic, hot breakfast left on servery for a long period and was not good. Cold breakfast not available after 1000 hrs as briefed. No ability to purchase snacks during the day. As a local stayed 4 nights for a break from home but would'nt choose it for a family holiday. Located close to Latchi marina where all meals were taken.

We booked to stay here for the final day of a holiday to accommodate our delayed flight. I expected it to be basic due to the price, as a minimum I expected to have a working shower within the room or at the least they would fix it/move us to another room. I complained, nothing was done about it. I have since emailed the resort asking for some form of compensation. Both requests have been ignored.

Booking in very good & informed well Room was average very clean everywhere but decor needs updating In booking said with seating area but the room had a small table & 2 kitchen chairs not at all comfortable Food was very good in all meal configuration salads cold meats hot foods Grounds well maintained pool clean But really needs a upgrade Was supposed to have a bottle of complementary none was given

Beautiful pool & nice bar area, amazing views from the terrace of the bay with a great sunset over the mountains on one side, then the moonrise over the other side of the bay. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Good value and a fun trip!

Great Hotel and views.

Great stay,only disappointment was saying no wifi in rooms on check in! luckily we had pool view so could pick up a little signal..so id ask for pool view in future! This is the only let down of the hotel as the pool was lovely, a really nice breakfast with gorgeous views!!!

Everything was ok. It's a bungalow so don't except a five star Hotel. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax It's perfect. Beautifull view grom terrace.

August holiday break

The complex is very beautiful lovely little bungalows lovely landscaping main pool with bar and only WiFi in this area great views of the sea and harbour opposite.great view while having breakfast.staff very polite with a smile .the rooms are quite dated but spacious and new a/c units.and has another pool which is for adults only nice and quiet if you don’t want to listen to kids !!! .breakfast very good selection English and continental.

Overall we had a nice time. The buildings and generally the facilities need immediate renovation. They are really dated. But... Clean rooms, clean surroundings, clean pool area, clean restaurant. Thats really important in the times we are living. Food: We had all inclusive. Buffet at the restaurant was really above my expectations. They always had grilled meat, chicken, beef or pork, there was always fish fillet and chickennuggets, fries, pasta for the kids. Drinks: in the all inclusive says local drinks included, but they did not include keo or carlsberg, just leon beer. Also, the cold coffees were not included, i.e. frape. Should reconsider this. Pool: it needs renovation and the tiles at the pool need restoration. Some are missing and people getting in or out of the pool can cut themselves. There are so many kids playing in the area so i think this is something that needs to be fixed asap.
