"Everything was great! Room was huge and the staff really nice. Even got a late check out that was no problem at all and was later than I feel hotels typically do. "

"The lady that booked my reservation over the phone was very sweet and accommodated my kids and I arriving earlier than check in time…The front desk lady was amazing and very nice as well…The hotel is very clean and smells great. My entire room and bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great! I have NO COMPLAINTS and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Longview! "

"The bar and dining were very good (especailly the service). All the rest was very poor. Pool not working (we had 2 children looking to swim), room was very dated and worn. Property needs help. "
