「We were so comfortable staying in this beautiful apartment hotel. The suite was spacious and well appointed. So cool that this is converted palace. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely shower and fluffy towels. The location was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alicante」

「The property is clean and nice decorating. Room are spacious and comfortable . One thing is the toilet was shaking need repair ! Amenities in the bathroom are poor , not body cream . Cleaning personal are very nice . The property is in excellent location . Close to most of the interest places to visit in Alicante . Restaurants are very close , Coffee shops and taxis stop . Some times are a little noisy for a bar next to the property bust just passed 12 am is quiet . I will recommend this...

「The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for...
