「Came to this hotel many times and was always very satisfied but this was for sure the last time since I made a complaint at check in that the room was full of silver fishes and that the room should be cleaned extremely good but after cleaning the bed sheets where even not changed and floor was not cleaned at all, I made pictures and movies from these insects but probably they don't care to loose regular clients. Regarding the breakfast, in the past I always ordered eggs (poached or fried) and...

「Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating.」
