"I had high hopes for these little cabins. Online they look so cute! And conveniently located close to Bryce Canyon which was our destination. When we arrived there was a sign directing you to go next doo to the hotel lobby to check in, not terribly inconvenient but confusing to say the least. The gentleman checking us in was less than friendly and didn’t direct us as to where our cabin was or an ice machine, nothing. "It was not clean... floor, hair dryer, bathroom... almost nothing except seemingly the bed. The a/c unit, while new doesn't fit its cutout container in the wall. V dated and the floor and toilet grossed me out in particular. In comparison to other hotels I stayed at, it was far inferior but... for a tired traveler it will do the trick. Front desk staff was helpful."

"The property and rooms were very clean. The coffee shop was great. The negative here is that the restaurant stopped taking food orders at around 6:15pm, the restaurant opened at 5pm and was supposed to be open until 9pm."

"Everything was very nice. The staff friendly, the park clean. There's great food choices very close. Our only issues, and they were probably our fault, were we didn't realize the cabin didn't come with bedding and there was no AC. Perhaps including that would be helpful. We would love to go again, next time prepared with fans and bedding."
