This place was beyond what I expected! The photos on here are definitely before renovations. The host was very helpful and was very nice, she upgraded our room from a queen to a king with no extra charge. Our room was very clean, had comfortable bed and pillows, good quality towels, and was equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. The location is close to many stores and restaurants and has a good size covered parking lot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying to visit Bryce Canyon, UT. 10/10

I was a little nervous when booking about what to expect of a small town hotel, but this might be my favorite hotel stay EVER!!! The staff was friendly, courteous, and extremely accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of covered parking, especially because there was a chance of snow that night. The room was very clean, and updated even better than the pictures online. I have never seen the availability of a 3-queen hotel room, but jumped at the opportunity for our family of 5. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area!

This hotel was affordable, had comfortable rooms, and the staff was helpful. While it didn't have any extras like breakfast or a pool, it did have rooms big enough for a family of 5 without having to book two rooms, which can be hard to come by. We enjoyed our stay here.

In a good location of the small tourism town. The hotel don’t have much service since I visited during Christmas holiday. But the facility is absolutely clean. They have indoor garage, that is a big plus
