Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "The staff made the stay enjoyable. Friendly and helpful. I had left the lught in my car on all night and it wouldn't start. A young man that works for you gave me a jump start. Wvwryine was accommodating and the room was comfortable. "

"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"
