I'' sorry, your room is not available.
I booked two rooms at the resort, one for 2 people and one for 3. Once we got there we discovered that there has been a mistake and only a double room was available. We asked to talk to the owner/management but no one was available to talk, only the cleaner tried to help. We had to look for another place and because of the Chinese New Year every single accommodation in Panglao island was fully booked and we had to stay in a hotel 40 minutes from the beach. We also discovered the owner was at the hotel, but we couldn't talk to him because he was too busy sleeping, recovering from the night before. I think this is unexeptable, it really ruined our day, it stressed everyone out, it costed us a lot of money with all the taxis we had to take to go to the beach every day. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

actually the owner wasn't sleeping . he was trying to rearrange the bookings to accommodate the guests. within 15 minutes everything had been solved but the guests had left after 5 minutes. the guests ended up staying in a nearby resort. arranged by our staff ! its rather strange how they can comment here when they didn't use expedia for the booking!

very strange as there are dozens of swedish travelers staying here. none have complained. especially since its one of the cheapest places to stay in panglao. there have been people staying here happily from sweden for several MONTHS....not just overnight ! Ake, if you had a problem why wait to check out to say anything ?
