Walkable area, staff very friendly and helpful, although breakfast seemed to be short staffed with slow service. This was inconveinant when plans were made for the day.
Valet parking was great.
I would recommend this hotel, rooms clean and not cramped.

However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!!
