「I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only. This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation. I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. 」

「Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was good. The staff was courteous. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I was provided early checkin without much wait. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel is near to MI road and many good shops and restaurants are nearby. It’s also near to many historical landmarks which makes it a best place to stay if anyone is there to explore the historical places.」

「Great location, just a short taxi ride to Old City. Room was sparkling clean and well equipped. Rooftop pool was clean (pigeon poop on the deck surrounding, but pool itself was clean) and refreshing and I had it entirely to myself 8-9am on a Saturday.
