「Nice and clean」

「It was a pleasant stay at the hotel.」

「It’s a little difficult to find the entrance. The hotel is part of a multi use building wither rooms on the 4th floor. A staff member did come and greet us and assisted us understand that we needed to take an elevator to level 4 for checking in. The rooms were spotless clean and the a/c , water pressure and temperature worked very well. Located close to the seawall and tourism office with connections to Marirasol Island. P200 per person plus about P30 for port and environment fees. Would...

「I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing... their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available... on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」

「Nicest resort in the Carles area. Beautiful beach front setting, room was clean and spacious. Parking area could be improved, but most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again :))」

「Staff very friendly. Owner was there also, and able to talk with her as well. Had a power outage, and staff was able to transfer guests to other rooms that had power that was on the site's back up generator.」

「I highly recommend this condotel for clean rooms with hot and cold showers. It has elevators which is suitable for people with luggages and mobility challenges. Accessible to nearby shops like Robinsons and City malls. There is a coffee shop and bakery just outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. 」
