The staff was great the facility was great but the room was not so great it appeared that we rented in the middle of a remodel thing’s missing some things wouldn’t work, the unit REALLY needs updated from top to bottom extremely dated and the cleanliness needs attention as well. But the over all stay was good view was good got to see a couple of dolphins swim by from the balcony while there.

It was very convenient to watch The Gulf Of Mexico from the balcony. The weather conditions were ideal all week long!! The only thing that looked out of place was there were areas in the room that seemed like the owner was in the process of repairing parts of the condo I stayed in. The plastic curtains in the living room and the bedrooms needed to be replaced. They looked somewhat worn out. It was great having a clothes washer and clothed dryer in the kitchen area. Overall, very happy with everything. Thank you for accepting my reservation to stay at The Commodore Condominuims .

For over 35 plus years we have stayed at The Commodore many times. It was clean but our room was very rundown and frankly, we were disappointed. Yes its an older facility but that was okay. The refrigerator door had to be slammed and kicked at the bottom just to get it closed! The blinds in the second bedroom, there were probably 5 or 6 slats missing. The window opens to the walkway so at night, light was shining bright and privacy would've been a problem had we used this room. This room was listed for 8 people, there definitely was not enough utencils, dinnerware or glasses for 8 people. We reported the above to "Book that Condo". They were very nice and had maintenance come check the refrigerator ans blinds.

Great location fantastic restaurant next door that plays live music. Beautiful sand + BLUE water. Good floor plan for a 2/2. 2 big closets. The condo needs a complete makeover. The main bed was comfy but the extra beds were NOT. So kids slept with us. The couch + carpet + tub were dingy and old broken blinds let too much light in first thing in the morning so no sleeping in + no privacy in the kitchen to the hallway. The tv is tiny and we had to go somewhere to watch CWS. Arrival day was my sons 8th birthday. We got to leave early and drive most of way the day before so I emailed twice with NO a RESPONSE. So called twice to see if We could just get in there before 4 and was just told I don’t know I haven’t gotten the message from cleaners. BTC was so communicative except for when I needed something. (I don’t want to talk on phone on vacay and didn’t want someone to come in unit during stay) my son was ready to go celebrate with his friends who all got early 1:00 checkins. We finally got a text at 530. they did say it could be til 6 to checkin but when planning a trip with kids a specific time is needed. It was difficult for my son and ruined his birthday. We ended up spending $400 at putt putt and arcade trying to make the day better for him and his cake melted in the heat. Policy states no one is in condo 24 hours in between so asking for ours to be cleaned first shouldn’t have been a problem since No one was there. If more staff is needed that should be addressed. Bad start
